How Julia works

I like to work collaboratively with my clients to reach their goals. I believe in recognizing their inherit skills and strengths and trying to help clients build off of those. I believe that while I have the skills and knowledge about mental health, my clients are the experts on themselves. I love to help my clients learn to leverage the tools they already have, as well as learn some new ones to help manage their symptoms or stressors.
